if by AUD you mean audio files, then yes,a dead show, tried the whole show and tried just a few songs, it was an mp3 file so i thought it would work. i'm not trying to "cheat", if it's not allowed then i'll just listen on my pc, it would be nice to hear on the stereo and in my car though :-) I'm brand new to this site, heard about it at a DSO show! just wondering if it's OK to copy cuz if so I'm doin something wrong and can't figure it out

Welcome aboard! Here is a resource you may or may not have noticed as a link at the top of the forum here, the Grateful Dead Listening Guide. It is filled with great reviews, and pointers to some great shows to check out and/or download. They also have an excellent podcast! If you are a serious listener, I recommend subscribing to it. It is an amazing blog/work in progress. The shows reviewed thus far are on the left side of the page. Check it out, explore and enjoy!

Here is a link from the same blog with useful instructions for downloading the audience recordings:

AUD means an audience recording. Those are free for download. If you want .mp3 versions there is a box on theleft side of the show's webpage that allows you to download the whole show in .mp3. If you want lossless you can download the individual shn or flac files from the table at the bottom of the page. For SBD or soundboard recordings, you can only stream from this site as per the band's wishes. Good Luck and Enjoy!!
